Welcome to Avorá London. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website avoralondon.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Avorá London. "You" and "your" refer to you, the customer or visitor.

1. About us and how to contact us

Avorá London operates the Site and sells beauty, skincare and personal-care products. You can contact us at Alexi1206@hotmail.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

2. Eligibility

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. However:

  • Product images are for illustration only. Colours, shades and packaging may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
  • Cosmetic shades (lip products, blush, contour, highlighter and similar) may look different in person and on different skin tones.
  • We do not guarantee specific results from any beauty, skincare or hair product. Results vary from person to person.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.

4. Use of our products

Our products are intended for normal personal use as described on the packaging and product page. You agree to:

  • Read all instructions, ingredients and warnings before use.
  • Patch test skincare, cosmetic and hair-removal products before full use, particularly if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
  • Use the LumiSmooth IPL device and any electrical product strictly in accordance with its instruction manual and safety warnings.

Avorá London is not liable for misuse of products or for reactions arising from failure to follow instructions or to patch test. If you experience an adverse reaction, stop use immediately and seek medical advice.

5. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the price shown at the time of your order, we will contact you before processing.
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our secure payment providers.
  • You confirm that the payment method used is your own or that you have permission to use it.

6. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • The product is out of stock or mispriced.
  • We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
  • We are unable to deliver to your address.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Where your order is shipped from international suppliers, any import duties or taxes (if applicable to your region) are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return of unopened, sealed items, and faulty or incorrect items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their own terms, may be withdrawn at any time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel orders that misuse or fraudulently obtain discount codes.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, logos, branding, images and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Avorá London and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
  • To transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt the Site.
  • To submit false information or impersonate others.

We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who breaches these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability to you for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to follow product instructions or warnings.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local law.
